Key Requirements

  • Minimum one year residential leasing or property management experience
  • Minimum one year LIHTC experience
  • Experience using Yardi or similar software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of LIHTC, IRS 8823 guide, HUD 4350.3 manual
  • Preferred HCCP, COS, or CPO certification
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
