Job Summary

• This role is deeply embedded within the asset base, spending meaningful time on-site at assets, working side-by-side with management teams to review operational plans, interrogate KPIs, and accelerate delivery of performance improvement initiatives.
• The individual will bring a proven operational transformation playbook and the credibility to challenge constructively, ensuring initiatives move at pace without destabilising core operations.
