Job Summary

  • The Guest Experience team is responsible for executing the enterprise-wide vision for Capital One Lounges and Landings, aiming to redefine the premium travel market.
  • In this role, you will be the primary steward of our Dallas lounge infrastructure, ensuring facilities are pristine, technology is seamless, and operations remain in strict compliance with all airport and regulatory requirements.
  • Candidates will have the opportunity for flexible working hours and shifts, and will be expected to work select evenings and weekends, with potential for travel (<15%) and on-call support.
