Job Summary
Continuously review and improve the manufacturing process to reduce labor hours, cycle time, and product BOM cost, while improving first pass yield and material utilization.
Perform failure analysis, conduct Root Cause Analysis using engineering tools, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent re-occurrence.
Support new product introduction by performing DFX analysis, process audits, and providing PE assistance to ensure efficient transition to mass production.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant technical discipline
3+ years of working experience
Product Engineering work experience preferred
Master's degree preferred for Automation, Doctor's degree preferred
