The Research Program and Project Manager will contribute specialized expertise in human-subjects research coordination, qualitative and mixed-methods research design, stakeholder engagement, research ethics, and implementation of patient-centered translational studies.
The individual will support complex clinical research programs by coordinating regulatory and operational workflows, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration across investigators, clinical teams, and institutional partners.
The role also includes management and synthesis of qualitative, survey, and project-process data to generate operational recommendations, support grant and manuscript development, and strengthen the translation of clinical research innovations into effective hospital-based research practice.
