Job Summary

  • Perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion to clean, maintain, and prepare the facility for events.
  • Participate in all aspects of the conversion process, including setting up and tearing down flooring, chairs, walls, barricades, staging, and other furnishings.
  • Assist with pre/post event cleaning and janitorial tasks, as well as perform repairs and maintenance such as painting, patching, and re-lamping.

Key Requirements
