Salary

Base: $300k+; Bonus/Equity: $75K Sign-on Bonus for a three year (3) commitment, $50K Sign-on Bonus for a two (2) year commitment or $25K Sign-on Bonus for a one (1) year commitment; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Plans, PTO: 33 days/264 hours of paid time off per year, 7 paid holidays, CME (5), $2100 Allowance, Competitive retirement contribution, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail

• Graduate of accredited nursing anesthesia program
• At least 2 years experience as a CRNA
• Three year commitment for $75K sign-on
• Two year commitment for $50K sign-on
