This role is instrumental in driving continuous improvement programs across India and Nepal sites as well as expanding to strategic contract manufacturers, suppliers, and distribution centers.
The Digital Transformation Manager leads end-to-end digital programs, including AI/ML projects, Digital Twin, and Digital Quality, to create competitive advantages in manufacturing.
The position requires close collaboration with global and regional teams to integrate Manex principles with digital technologies and foster a strong digital culture across all organizational levels.
