The Medical Delegate is responsible for promoting and ensuring the proper use of medications under their responsibility with healthcare professionals involved in the care pathway, in compliance with regulations and applicable procedures
Job Summary
The Medical Delegate is responsible for promoting and ensuring the proper use of medications under their responsibility with healthcare professionals involved in the care pathway, in compliance with regulations and applicable procedures.
They will design and pilot the Sector Action Plan (PAS) based on regional objectives and develop projects around medications with care pathway stakeholders in collaboration with all Johnson & Johnson actors.
This role requires strong relational and sales skills, the ability to identify and question stakeholders in a complex environment, and the capacity to work in a team and coordinate with numerous internal actors.
