Key Requirements

  • Current Workday Partner HCM Certification
  • At least one other HCM solution certification: Compensation
  • 2 - 4+ years WD configuration and implementation experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional human resources experience
  • Work authorization in the United States
