Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • 10+ years' civil engineering consulting/project management experience
  • Prior experience managing civil engineering teams
  • Registered Professional Civil Engineer in California
  • Proven expertise in new business development and client proposals
  • Valid driver's license with 3 or less demerit points
