Job Summary
The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, and ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with the procedures set forth in the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
Ensure that a sufficient number of licensed practical and/or registered nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for your tour of duty to ensure that quality care is maintained and routine nursing care is provided.
