Job Summary
Responsible for assisting with operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs on commercial buildings, and industrial systems for assigned properties/facilities.
Assists with basic troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include doors, floors, plumbing systems, kitchen appliances and miscellaneous equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC.
