Job Summary

  • Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles, ensuring safe transportation to scheduled appointments or activities.
  • Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles for safe and comfortable transport, and monitors vehicle maintenance logs.
  • Must be able to lift, transfer, and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside the Van and make complex decisions involving a highly dependent patient base.
