  • In this highly cross-functional role, you will orchestrate complex development efforts spanning silicon, IP, software, firmware, validation, and manufacturing readiness, ensuring alignment across geographically distributed teams in North America and Asia.
  • Support silicon bring-up, validation, sampling, and production readiness milestones by ensuring cross-functional execution alignment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in EE, SE, CE, or related
  • 10+ years TPM/Program Management experience
  • 5+ years technical experience in Transceivers, Embedded Systems (ARM), Config/Security, PCIe, Ethernet, or ASIC Design/DV
  • 8+ years managing complex hardware/software development programs
  • 7+ years managing programs across multiple international teams
  • Eligibility for U.S. export authorizations
