Job Summary
The Project Controls Director will provide leadership to the Projects & Programs service line within the Center of Excellence (COE), accountable for defining and delivering enterprise-level controls strategy across capital planning, PMO governance, and Audit & Compliance management.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening Cushman & Wakefield’s presence as a thought leader and first-class service provider by partnering closely with regional leaders, service line peers, clients, and facility vendor partners.
Responsibilities include leading the Controls function, establishing and maintaining the Project Controls program, advising on processes and tools, analyzing financial trends, and leading, mentoring, and developing cross-functional teams.
