Job Summary

  • The Project Controls Director will provide leadership to the Projects & Programs service line within the Center of Excellence (COE), accountable for defining and delivering enterprise-level controls strategy across capital planning, PMO governance, and Audit & Compliance management.
  • This role plays a critical part in strengthening Cushman & Wakefield’s presence as a thought leader and first-class service provider by partnering closely with regional leaders, service line peers, clients, and facility vendor partners.
  • Responsibilities include leading the Controls function, establishing and maintaining the Project Controls program, advising on processes and tools, analyzing financial trends, and leading, mentoring, and developing cross-functional teams.
