Must-have
Minimum 2 years physical distribution experience
Supervising third-party logistics operators
SAP and WMS system proficiency
Inventory reconciliation and stock cycles
KPI monitoring and dispute resolution
Nice-to-have
PowerBI proficiency for reporting
Experience with maquilas and retail
Intermediate English level B2
Process mapping and continuous improvement
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain preferable
