Base: $150,000 - $350,000; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based incentives for productivity and quality; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and retirement plan with employer contributions
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Board certified or eligible in nephrology
Experience with diabetic kidney disease management
Ability to perform acute kidney injury evaluations
Collaboration with diabetes educators and specialists
Participation in inpatient and outpatient clinical services
Nice-to-have
Interest in leading basic or clinical research activities
Experience with continuous renal replacement therapy
Commitment to teaching fellows and residents
Willingness to engage in community health outreach
Strong interpersonal skills for interdisciplinary teams
Key Requirements
M.D. degree from an accredited school
Residency in internal medicine
Fellowship in nephrology
Massachusetts medical licensure
Board certification in internal medicine and nephrology (or eligibility)
Work Rights
