A. Clinic Operations ManagementManage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with Ma Kuang’s operational standards. Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, registration, billing, and service recovery when needed. Ensure proper handling and storage of herbal medication, medical supplies, and TCM equipment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies. Ensure clinic environment meets safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. B. Staff Leadership & DevelopmentLead, supervise, and schedule front-desk staff and clinic assistants. Conduct training for new staff in customer service, clinic workflow, and product knowledge. Review staff performance, provide coaching, and support professional development. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. C. Patient Experience & Service ExcellenceUphold Ma Kuang’s high standards of customer service and TCM clinic professionalism. Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Ensure courteous and efficient service delivery from all staff. Promote patient education, retention initiatives, and service awareness. D. Business & Financial ManagementMonitor clinic KPIs (patient volume, revenue, retention, service mix). Support marketing efforts, promotions, and community outreach programs. Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and financial reporting. Suggest improvements to enhance clinic profitability and service effectiveness. E. Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure adherence to relevant healthcare standards, data protection regulations, and internal SOPs. Maintain accurate patient records in line with PDPA and clinic policy. Coordinate with headquarters on audits, operational updates, and compliance checks
