The position requires assisting with event operations, guest interactions, crowd management, and ADA accommodations during high-traffic times.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years related work experience
Ability to work irregular hours including nights weekends and holidays
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice-to-have
Spanish or Creole fluency highly valued
Experience in convention centers hotels and F&B facilities
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to exercise good judgment and initiative
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience
Fluency in English required; Spanish or Creole preferred
