Must-have

  • 4+ years in product support or customer success
  • Experience implementing complex SaaS solutions
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Area or equivalent experience

  • Crisis management experience
  • Ability to learn new products quickly
  • Fluent German, French, or Spanish
  • Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials expertise
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment

Key Requirements
