Job Summary
Identify, develop, and maintain sales opportunities for assigned countries and ensure global, and region-specific, Infrastructure Coatings profit center sales and margin objectives are met or exceeded.
Obtain customer and internal input to develop portfolio strategic plan, aligned with divisional strategic plan, and execute this plan in partnership with local and global business leaders.
Provide leadership, coaching and direction to business Area and subsidiary personnel, and undertake portfolio management and pricing activities to enable gross-margin and plant utilization objectives.

Key Requirements
