PATH seeks a Regional Infectious Disease Surveillance Advisor (Francophone) to support and strengthen surveillance, detection, and analytical capacity of infectious diseases across human and animal health.
Responsibilities include overseeing and providing technical leadership for day-to-day implementation of surveillance activities in francophone Africa, leading development and coordination of activities, and providing technical oversight to country-based staff.
The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of international experience applying epidemiological principles in surveillance systems, and at least 3 years managing large USG-funded projects.
