Job Summary

• The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the PACU to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care.
• Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning.
