Job Summary
Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment to provide competent technical support and training.
Supervises staff, handling all matters with tact and confidentiality, assigning and scheduling day-to-day work efficiently, and monitoring attendance.
Takes the lead on projects to implement recommendations from AMIS assessments and supports updating maintenance manuals and procedures to improve operational availability and reduce costs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or technical field preferred
Eight or more years maintenance experience in manufacturing
Five or more years supervisory experience
Three or more years experience in regulated industries
