  • This role leads the deployment of training strategies across the site(s), ensuring alignment with local and franchise priorities and overall business needs.
  • Responsibilities include managing the Training organization’s budget, ensuring personnel comply with health, safety, and environmental guidelines, and executing periodic review processes for training procedures and curricula.
