Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current regulations.
You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing with departmental operations.
This role requires direct interaction with residents, families, and physicians to plan care, monitor conditions, and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
