Job Summary
Perform daily safety audits to ensure team member safety and complete problem-solving activities to eliminate safety hazards.
Monitor pace of the line ensuring takt times are met and escalate production stoppage and develop short term countermeasures.
Participate in interview and selection process of new team members and develop cross training plans for team members to learn all tasks within a manufacturing line.
