Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in establishing financial systems, controls, and processes prior to opening, while providing strategic financial leadership to drive operational performance, profitability, and compliance.
  • Recruit, structure, and train the Finance team in preparation for hotel opening and act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and local regulations, while promoting financial awareness and business acumen across department leaders.
