Base: Step 0- $41,558 to Step 6- $54,078; Bonus/Equity: Shift premium 10% for 2nd or 3rd shift; Benefits: Paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, retirement, health insurance

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
  • Two years related juvenile/family client experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must meet NC Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards
  • Physical capability for restraints after training
  • Must provide transcripts and documentation
  • Background check including PREA-specific check
