Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years insurance industry experience
  • Experience in both agency and bancassurance
  • Former MDRT member
  • Experience in agency sales management
  • Residing within Metro Manila, South Luzon or North Central Luzon
