Job Summary
Support the performance and day-to-day efficiencies of Transaction Monitoring analysts, ensuring compliance controls are used correctly to mitigate risk and achieve SLAs.
Own the development of analysts through OKR setting and performance management, and oversee projects to continuously improve work quality and drive customer experience.
Serve as an escalation point for challenging transactions and client requests, ensuring the team meets key SLAs including resource and shift planning.
