Salary

Primary Location Base: $129,000 USD - $193,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base: $116,600 USD - $207,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management with HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications
  • 4+ years of project management with HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications
  • Consulting experience
  • Solid grasp with at least one business area: HR, Benefits, Payroll, GL, AP/AR, Services procurement
  • Project Management experience with Scope, timelines and budgets
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and social skills
  • Knowledge of Internet technology and cloud-based applications
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
