Salary

Base: $185,000.00 – $205,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and equity awards included; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid parental leave

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8+ years process engineering experience
  • 3+ years HR operations transformation
  • Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies
  • Full employee lifecycle process knowledge
  • AI readiness and data governance assessment

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Hands-on AI and machine learning experience
  • Prosci change management certification
  • Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Demonstrated expertise in process mapping and redesign
