Job Summary

  • This role will drive recruitment and manpower growth through conceptualizing innovative schemes and initiatives that will aid the agency leaders in recruiting and retaining talented individuals.
  • You will also be responsible for formulating policies and processes, enhancing current workflows, as well as provide data analysis in recruitment, performance management and attrition of new reps.
  • Collaborate with the Agency Cluster Heads and Business Management team in relation to drive manpower and recruitment growth for one agency.
