** Vetamc is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Mechanic for its Worthington, Minnesota manufacturing site, responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment related to animal health vaccines. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork. **

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, utility systems, and buildings needed for the testing, manufacturing, storage, and packaging of Animal Health Vaccines and related materials.
  • This position requires varying environmental conditions, such as: indoor/outdoor work, varying temperatures along with secondary gowning, entering coolers and freezers, hearing conservation areas (annual audiograms required).
