Job Summary
The candidate is primarily responsible for monitoring and managing the SSOE Network, Firewall, and integration of internal and external networks while complying with ITSM/ITIL methodologies.
They will proactively monitor system performance and availability, implementing corrective actions to improve service levels and support service continuity measures including backup and disaster recovery plans.
The role involves managing wireless networks, LAN and WAN connections, security devices, and network access control using various Cisco, Alcatel, Palo Alto, Aruba, and Microsoft technologies.
