Job Summary
The Product Development Engineer supports the design, formulation, and commercialization of advanced materials used in electronic components and their assemblies.
You will make an impact by working with global and local Applications Engineering, Product Development, Commercial and Marketing teams to develop advanced materials that enable next-generation electronic devices.
Develop lab infrastructure to support business plans, plan for equipment, inputs for lab capex planning, work with engineering for procurement of equipment by providing right specifications.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in polymer science, chemistry, materials science, or related field
3-5 years of work experience in R&D and product development
Experience with polymer systems, adhesives, coatings, films, or electronic materials
Experience handling various types of samples for performing tests
Proficiency in conducting product evaluations and performance testing
Proficient in designing experiments and testing methods
Good understanding about IP protocols and procedures
