The Finance Operations Excellence Team plays a pivotal role in transforming Agoda's finance operations by identifying and unlocking process improvement opportunities.
The Finance Process and Transformation Manager will lead end-to-end improvement and transformation initiatives across Finance Operations, focusing on R2R, O2C, and P2P.
This role requires establishing process management discipline, performance metrics, continuous improvement frameworks, and leveraging Lean Six Sigma and digital tools to drive efficiency and quality.
