Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the manufacturing team in achieving its production goals and customer quality requirements.
  • This position requires acting as a liaison between team members and the production supervisor to align resources and support associates efficiently.

  • Proficiency with computers and data entry

  • Associate degree in Technical or Business field

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with 5S and standardized work audits
  • Desire to lead and foster teamwork

Key Requirements

  • Minimum High School diploma or GED
  • Proven capability in performing all jobs in the area
  • Working knowledge of FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems
  • Experience coordinating cross-training plans for associates
