  • Leads the development of QA/QC strategies and processes, implementing policies and procedures to ensure high quality of services and products.
  • Prepares and maintains project QA/QC plans, establishes quality objectives, and oversees reviews of submittals and method statements.
  • Manages staff development, training, and ensures 100% coordination with project stakeholders while implementing IMS procedures and QMS requirements.
