  • Create, maintain, and amend IT software asset entries and corresponding contract records within the designated enterprise repository, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate standards.

Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree with 3 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience OR Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience OR High School Diploma with 9 years of IT experience
  • US Citizenship
  • Current/active DoD Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated experience managing software license inventories
  • Knowledge of enterprise grade SAM platforms (e.g., Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow)
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel, SQL, or comparable data analysis tools
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing tickets, documenting software license processes, and maintaining license inventory and compliance tracking in Jira, Confluence (or comparable platforms)
