Lead the facility’s infection control program as the primary advocate for resident and staff safety.
Plan, develop, and direct the infection control program in accordance with current rules and regulations, including TB management and bloodborne pathogen standards.
Conduct frequent rounds to supervise isolation precautions, ensure environmental sanitation, and lead staff education on infection control practices.
