  • Supervise and monitor quality control processes and apply “Kaizen” methods for improvement.
  • Supervises and assist in the development of safety standards and procedures to prevent and minimize damage to vehicles, injury to staff and comply with OSHA, HAZMAT and environmental license regulations.

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Associate degree in Automotive Body and Paint or Auto Technology preferred
  • Two to three years of automotive or detailing work experience
  • Two years of supervisory experience in production and quality control
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to obtain TWIC card
  • HAZMAT certification preferred
  • Oracle knowledge preferred
  • Able to operate standard shift and automatic transmission
