The Client Service Specialist is responsible for delivering solutions-oriented service to advisory teams and clients, acting as the primary contact for operational and service requests.
This role partners closely with custodians and internal teams to provide an accurate and streamlined service experience, utilizing Salesforce or a similar CRM system to manage client cases.
Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in office work required per week and the option to work remotely 2 days per week.

Base: $62,000–$72,000; Bonus/Equity: annual cash bonus; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)
