Job Summary

  • This role will support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government which, due to federal government security requirements, mandates that all Workday personnel working on the contracts be United States citizens.

Salary

Base: $193,200 - $289,800 USD (McLean, VA); Base: $174,800 - $314,400 USD (Additional US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years managing engineering managers
  • 5+ years managing engineering teams
  • 10+ years object-oriented design and development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance
  • US citizenship required
  • TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance preferred
