Job Summary

• The Defect Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless experience for our customers whilst holding our suppliers to account.
• Key responsibilities include logging, triaging, and tracking defects using FixFlo and other internal systems, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to achieve swift resolution.
