Job Summary
The Steward will report directly to the Steward Supervisor and is responsible for washing all china, glass, and silverware, as well as cleaning all equipment, pots, and pans.
Key responsibilities include storing equipment in proper locations, sweeping and mopping all floors in the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
The role requires the ability to work long flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
