Job Summary

  • Responsible for operating and maintaining central plant equipment within a team environment, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and meeting client needs.
  • The Central Plant Lead will implement and manage agreed-to client maintenance standards, assist in managing 3rd party maintenance providers, and ensure overall systems performance.

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ten (10)+ years of relevant work experience
  • EPA Section 608 Universal certification
  • Journeyman Refrigeration Technician's License / Massachusetts Refrigeration Technicians License
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Experience using CMMS &/or BMS
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
