Base: 165,000 USD - 192,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan or uncapped sales incentive plan; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k match up to $7,200, stock purchase discount

Must-have
15+ years executive Enterprise Architecture experience
Fortune 500 Chief Enterprise Architect or CTO background
Expertise in EA governance and IT portfolio modernization
Experience with Cloud, AI, and composable architectures
Proven track record in innovation leadership and funding
Nice-to-have
Strong executive presence and trust-building skills
Ability to collaborate across internal Gartner teams
Experience in highly outsourced IT structures
